Issues with crawl configuration display on Collections page #91

If a seed is captured using multiple configurations, not all are not shown.

Crawling Page + Same Domain Links shows up as "Page Only", and Crawling w/Heritrix shows up as "Page + Same Domain Links"

If a crawl is on-going in a collection, there should be some indication on this page
