Alpha_s pull request after deleting the previous one

Should we merge this before going public? (we can continue development, and there are stuff missing like documentation for alpha_s, but this way there's already a beta version)

Sorry guys, Today I’m a bit offline because of the graduation of my girlfriend, but from tomorrow I’ll be fully focused on making editings and look after the presentation

ok no worries, if @scarrazza is ok we can merge and make it public so he can create the doi
