It should be possible to report complaints against a particular coffee, cross reference any additional quality testing, and note resolution of quality issues. Better (or in some cases any) interfaces for data entry, searching, and reporting are required.

This issue is much larger than it seems and will likely need to be broken up into several component issues. Current cupping interfaces are due for significant overhaul, complaint and resolution tracking are not really present at all aside from informal notes in the batch information, and this likely ties into more comprehensive coffee lab operations than Typica currently attempts to provide interfaces on.

New roast spec features help with this, but do not go far enough to close this.
