Inventory Change Summary in Non-Roasting Scenarios #121

Green coffee sale transactions are reported as not appearing properly in this report when no coffee has been roasted. This was reported while I was out of the country and unable to do much about it so I need to see if I can reproduce the problem and determine the root cause of the issue.

This has been identified and corrected. Now all items that were in inventory at the start of a reporting period will appear in the inventory change summary report even if there were no transactions that would change the inventory of that item.
