Provide Feedback Item in Help Menu #123

While the About Typica window currently has a link that allows email to be sent to me, it is not particularly obvious and I suspect that nobody uses it. A Provide Feedback item in the Help menu might be more obvious. In particular, this could potentially be used to provide a mechanism for collecting information about specific elements of interest through better prompting.

Enough is changing in 2.0 that there's little point to doing this in the 1.x codebase.
