Add InterfaceName property for NeoContractInterface Task
Allow developer to specify ContractNameOverride MSBuild item property to override generated contract interface name
Enable developer to specify path to manifest file directly via
NeoContractInterface fails if generated contract interface name isn't a valid C# type name
