Simulation too fast complete when mortality > 0 #48

When the mortality rate is higher than 0, the simulation ends very fast, even when increasing "good" parameters

possible solution: allow user to set Mortalitätsrate to a value between 0 and 1 or adjust how the current value is being interpreted.

also consider letting the user choose a population size.
