This PR adds basic support for the Snapshot Replication API.

Tested on DS1821+ running DSM 7.2-64570.

Added features:

Listing snapshots
Creating a snapshot
Modifying a snapshot's attributes
Deleting snapshots

Not Implemented:

View and change snapshot settings
View and change snapshot schedule
All functions related to replication and recovery
