Add / link documentation to create users #191

We can add a functionality to create users from command line pretty easy, I believe.

@djs0109 @sbanoeon @mwr-ebc Yet, do we want to create a way to register with Entirety from the UI?

Apparently, Django comes with an admin page. I just re-named the issue.

We should either link the documentation of Django or document this ourselves.
