Github Repository Wiki #103

Just spotted this repository has the repostory wiki enables:

https://github.com/N8-CIR-Bede/documentation/wiki

This is old content which formed the basis of the RTD version of the documentation, but it is now out of date.

The content should probably be removed and the page disabled via the repostory settings from an account with high enough permssions (or replaced with a link to the hosted documentation?)

The Maintain privileges are enough to disable / enable wiki's for a repository, so i have now disabled the wiki.

The url above now redirects to the repository root, which should be sufficient for any users relying on a bookmark there to be able to find the live / current content on RTD.
