2 years ago This was higlighted during the N8 DRI retreat as something which can be incredibly useful both to demosntrate the impact of the work involved, and to lead to further improvements. I.e. by finding out which areas of documentation users are happy / unhappy with the appropraite improvements can be made.
This could be as simple as a basic feedback form, but shouldn't be too invasive for users (i.e. no popups 10 seconds after visiting the documentation asking for feedback).
It could also be folded into more periodic project-based reporting during the planned annual-ish review of active projects on Bede?
We should gather feedback from Bede users to ensure the documentation meets users needs.
This could be as simple as adding a banner / notification to the docs with a link to a form / the issues board with a template etc, or a link to the github discussions post?
Alternatively it could be posted to slack or via email, or take the form of a questionaire.
Some feedback can also be gained during Bede user group meetings (it may be worth adding this to the agenda).
No concrete actions on this for now, just something to discuss in the future.
