We should add a page about OpenACC to the documentation, pointing to other resources and how users can build OpenACC codes for GPU acceleration on Bede.
This will be via the NVHPC compiler tool chains, and (potentially) GCC builds if enabled, although the supported standard on GCC often lags behind NVHPC/PGI.
