MFA tweaks #169

A couple of tweaks for the MFA section on the usage page:

  • there are two notes/warnings that MFA is being rolled out. That's happened now, so I think the note can be removed and the warning just needs tweaking.

  • there's some nice, clear information about X2GO and MFA, but some users (evidently) don't read that far down the page before logging in for the first time and failing to get a QR code. Could there be a reference to the X2GO info further up too?
