Move a part to a new section "Using Miniconda" on page /software/applications/conda.html #203

I'd like to propose moving the end of "Installing Miniconda" to a new section called "Using Miniconda". I believe, this would help users to find it as they read through the contents on the right sidebar (because this is not about installation, but, for instance, about how to activate a conda environment within a job script).

If this is worth doing, then feel free to assign this task to me. Dmitry.

Sounds like a good improvement to me. Once you put a PR in I'll review it and get it merged in.
