Adds basic docs for the nvhpc module (closes #41)
- Mentions NCCL, NVSHMEM and other libraries shipped with nvhpc
Adds basic docs for the cuda module (which provides the nvcc compiler) (closes #52)
Adds external links to GCC and LLVM documentation.
