Java API usage example #1

Hi @NACHC-CAD,

I recently came across your project and noticed your integration instructions in the README for an existing Java project:

    <groupId>org.nachc.cad.tools</groupId>
    <artifactId>fhir-to-omop</artifactId>

</dependency>

Could you please add an example of how to use this API programmatically?

For instance, what are the required imports and how can we convert a FHIR Observation object into corresponding OMOP CDM instances.

Hi Minitour,

Thanks for the feedback! We're still in development mode here so things are very fluid. We are targeting our first production ready release for early June of this year.

I will add an example of how to use the API programmatically and post here when it is done.
