[DOCUMENTATION] Create documentation for the app and add comments

Need to write documentation for the app and start writing comments/docstrings on our methods.

• [ ] Finish up readme and other related files
• [ ] App documentation on how to setup/use the app possibly using mkdocs
• [ ] Write comments on all methods and packages explaining what they do
