Hello @czopluoglu - yes, keep it simple and send the passwords in a subsequent email. Easiest if you encrypt from a zip application, so that you only need to encrypt one time (and the same on this side). Given that there's no student/classified information, this is just an added measure of protection for your benefit and good practices.
The GitHub page says, "Completed applications (please encrypt before transmission) should be sent to: automated-scoring-challenge@ed.gov."
How do we send the passwords? Should we send the encrypted documents and then the passwords in a separate email? Or can we send the encrypted PDFs and passwords in the same email?
