Security plan form for data application #31

Hello! I was reviewing the Guidelines for Use of Secure NAEP Items and Test Materials, and the Security Plan (NAEP Remote Access version) does not appear in the list of materials to be emailed in the application package. The readme file does mention the Security Plan form. Could you confirm whether the security plan form is required for the data application? If so, do we need to submit an online application for the license to obtain a license number and get the institution's senior official's signature, as is required for the regular Security Plan form?

Hello Susu - I can confirm that form is required. You can fill it out digitally and submit along with the rest of the packet, you do not need to make the separate online application. You will need to include a signature from a senior official at your institution.

Could you let me know what we should put under the "license number"? We have an existing license but I guess the license number is data-specific. Thanks!
