Deleting the container from the LCL cargo release will not actually delete it #1008

§ Role • Berth Operator § Prerequisites: • Pending Container , not used in any cargo release
§ Scenario • Login to the system • From the main menu, go to cargo releases
• Click to add a new cargo release
• Fill the data and add the container from the prerequisite • delete the Container from the table of containers • Re-add the same Container

Please Do the scenario above without closing the page of the adding LCL cargo release

§ Bug description

a message error will appear to notify the user that the container that he is trying to add has been added to another cargo release image
