Adding a cargo release to BOL of type Cargoes

 Port Operator ( 5001op01)  Cargo Releases - Add new Cargo release  Prerequisite : A BOL of cargoes type and ready to add a cargo release on it

 Scenario

1. Log in to the system.
2. Open the Cargo releases page
3. Click on Add Cargo release
4. From the Drop down list of the BOLs select the number of the BOL that you wants to add a cargo release to it .
5. Save

 Bug_description Saving will Raise an error, please review the attached image

Fixed the system validates the number of packs with the actual number of policy items... if they do not match it will throw exception "لا تستطيع انشاء اذن تحميل ، البوليصة غير مكتملة." Note: please update the LT_CAPTION table on QA database
