Do not show the delete container button if only one container has been added to an access ticket #990

§ Role • Dispatcher § Prerequisites: • Access ticket, Editable , Has only one container
§ Scenario • Login to the system • From the main menu, go to access ticket then view the one from the prerequisites • Click to edit the container • Click the delete button § Bug description The user should not be able to do the deletion If there is only one container Either to remove the buttons or disable it
