At the moment there is a quasi shell script called install.sh that contains information about how to set up and run the system. This is pretty ad-hoc, for one thing, and can't actually be run, and there are manual bits. It would be nice to do a few things:
[x] Decouple the upload-data.sh and webload-5m-and-upload.sh scripts from the name "ubuntu-vm.pem" that is currently referenced
[x] Decouple those files from the login name ubuntu and the host address too, ideally
[x] Decouple the analysis cron job from moneypenny (it's called jobanalyzer-moneypenny.cron, how about jobanalyzer-analysis.cron)
[x] The latter file also has hardcoded a HOME path, which is necessary due to how things are set up on moneypenny, this is incredibly annoying
[x] update the install.sh script with information about how to change jobanalyzer-analysis.cron (if necessary) and upload-config.sh
Clearly a number of these files come from production/ml-nodes and are tied to that scenario, so don't go overboard here.
