New dashboard is mobile-hostile #613

I'll attach some screenshots if I can get them, but in summary: while the old dashboard adapts easily to a phone screen b/c it's pure HTML and the browser deals with it, the new dashboard is unusable on a phone screen. It doesn't scroll properly sideways, so a lot of information is not visible, and zooming does not fix that so there's no workaround for the scrolling problem. Host names are never visible in the main view. I was in the machine room recently and needed to look up some information and had to use the old dashboard. This will become increasingly impossible as a workaround as we only implement new functionality in the new dashboard. @ashenr

The issue of inability to scroll sideways is now fixed with the changes implementing NAIC ui theme. However due to the large number of columns, it is still difficult to show the content in a user friendly manner.

Therefore I am working new collapsible table. It will show the most important data first and user will have to expand the row to see the rest of data of the host.
