Eliminate duplicates from email links #46

mailto: links currently only contain a list of the recipient's email addresses. If some of the recipients share the same address, it will be listed twice.

The necessary infrastructure was added as part of 830558f5c2daaf63c57769b4c5f6e33ae588bd31.

For event management (#47), this functionality is available already. However for local groups and newsletters it is still lacking and will be added as part of their reworks. (There are no mailto: links with multiple addresses for persons yet).
