WhiteKnight belt stepper mount modification #61

Modified to fit bolt pattern of geared stepper LDO-42STH40-1204ACPG5 sold by Printed Solid.

Stepper uses M4 hardware and has a lip with a slightly larger diameter than on the original design. I'm no CAD expert but I printed up this STL and it worked perfectly on my in-progress build.

Thanks for contribution.. Apparently LDO changed their planetary gear setup so that has changed the bolt pattern.. I just discovered this while working on the Belt-A-Bear and hadn't had a chance to go back and check the other builds.

Glad to help out, Karl! So far, this is the only issue I've run into during my build. Well designed and documented!
