Rsync analyses directory to apollo servers #118

We need to modify MoveData-workflow.cwl to include rsync'ing the analyses directory to apollo2-stage and apollo2. This can probably be done by building files_4_Apollo2Server/MoveData/dataTransfer-scaffold-2gmod.cwl into MoveData-workflow.cwl, with the apollo2-stage and apollo2 accounts as inputs instead of the gmod account.
