final-workflow-short.yml needs some updates, collecting them here but not implementing until our cloud setup is somewhat stable.

update default host URL entry
update default host_production URL entry
update apollo, gmod, gmod-stage accounts with i5k and apollo users
include documentation - for species with subspecific names, the 'species' entry in the yml file needs to have an underscore between the species and subspecies

Added the above, built a new singularity container including it, pushed container to ceres.
