General:

• add new content types for each feature SO type. List here:
• i need to figure out whether mRNAs need to be published or already were

Analysis:

• disable the 'date performed' field

Gene content (/admin/structure/bio_data/manage/bio_data_8/display):

• Summary section:
  • ACcession - disable
  • Is ANalysis - disable
  • Jbrowse - Move from summary panel into its own panel
  • Analyses - enable (right), put in summary section
• Properties section:
  • change name to 'Attributes'
• Sequence section:
  • move Sequence Coordinate to summary since that’s all we really have to show
  • Then, disable sequence section
• Contact section: disable
• Cross Reference section: rename to ‘External Databases’
• Location on map: disable
• Publication: disable
• Relationship: disable.

mRNA content

• Properties: Move the Coding Sequence (CDS) from the ‘Properties’ panel to the ‘Sequences’ panel
• Sequence:
  • Remove sequence checksum
  • Change display names to convey ‘mRNA Sequence’, ‘mRNA Sequence length’, ‘mRNA sequence coordinates’. This needs to be done manually in ‘manage fields’ ***- See if you can add protein and CDS coordinates, sequence length to widget
  • Adjust position of fields in mRNA page config- group mRNA fields together, then CDS, then Protein
• Cross reference: rename to ‘External Databases’
• Summary:
  • ACcession - disable
  • Is analysis - disable
  • Protein sequence - move to ‘Sequences’ in mRNA page config
• Location on map - disable
• Publication - disable
• JBrowse: must be within a Tripal Pane (create this)
