Looks like Apollo has the latest assembly and annotations - perhaps this is a problem with the Tripal metadata?

This was a very minor update to remove contamination. The annotation version didn't change. Update completed.

Just realized this needs a data downloads link on organism page - lmk if this is a problem because of the organism page update issue.

We will need to wait on the data downloads link until the organism page problems are fixed. I'll reopen the ticket and assign it to myself.
