disable travis CI #323

The Travis tests are out of date and we will be moving to Jenkins for automated tests soon. In the meantime we should disable the tests since they're a bit of a hindrance when merging legitimate pull requests.

Might be a little late in commenting on this. I think the reason why the current Travis keeps failing is that the Django version we use doesn't support Python 2 anymore, but I did remember that we have switched to Python 3, right? If that's the case, updating the Travis config to use Python3 will be able to fix Travis and benefit potential users outside the NAL-i5k. I am not sure how many people did use genomics-workspace beyond NAL-i5k, though.
