resolve #42 and set the stage for #1 . #1 (chado analysis creation) not implemented yet because figuring out the column mappings is a bit tricky, PLUS theres the obnoxious unique constraint regarding program version, name, etc so we will probably want some validation at the user submit level.
Even though this PR doesnt add the analysis creation or editing I still want to merge it because it removes a lot of unnecessary styling and switches from hard-coded display to automated and uses a cleaner table view.
