Linked records: Assemblies in project #163

in #137 I realize that #62 was resolved and we can therefore insert linked assemblies from project. Need to implement.

project 350852 should use this line: <LocusTagPrefix assembly_id="GCF_001411555" biosample_id="SAMN03704235">BLL54</LocusTagPrefix>
