new assembly type #197

for accession GCA_000789215.1

we were pulling type from Refseq_category. this accession isnt refseq, so delightfully, teh tag is: <RefSeq_category>na</RefSeq_category>.

So in this case we have no way to get the type. @mpoelchau thigns the type is Genome Assembly, and always will be Genoem Assembly in the Assembly database. If thats true then we will always have the same type: Genome Assembly! And we're never supporting transcriptomes!
