tripal_eutils does not have a version number in /admin/reports/updates #258

Pull #259

On the /admin/reports/updates page, version number is displayed as "Unknown" Since there is a 7.x-1.1 release (from 2019!) it would be a simple matter to add a version = 7.x-1.2 line in tripal_eutils.info eutils_no_version
