Symphony x RHW #57

Pic 1 is not a Symphony issue. User needs to put another tile between the FlexTrans and the intersection for it to override the RHW-2 with L1 ERHW-2. (What the user is seeing is the L0 RHW-2 OxO GMHWY intersection)

Intersection still needs overriding with a Symphony model.

I have created overrides for all combinations of Ortho Mhwy x Ortho RHW-2 and the same for RHW-6S. Files are currently on my Desktop and External drive, I will upload them at the earliest opportunity.

I have not begun work on RHW-4 or diags.

Collected all the model files for all RHW x MHW crossings in 31.1 Additions.dat. I have yet to collect all path files, but models should be fixed first. Also re-inserted the S3D templates in the dropbox map so you can easily replace the models.

All models are completed. Pathing still needs to be done.
