Missing replacements: GLR-in-Ave-Roundabout, various special crossings, Diagonal Street crossing, more special crossings, s-bend

Pic 2 (left): I reported that to Maarten around Christmas, but we couldn't find the issue with the path files.

If I were to guess anything, it would be an incorrect path GID.

Fixed the following items:

Pic 1: L2 MHW x AVE+GLR RAB
Pic 2: Pathing bug L2 MHW x STR X-intersection (SC4Path file contained a "=" at the end)
Pic 3: L2 MHW x Diagonal STR
Pic 5: L0 and L2 MHW S-Bend
Pic 6: L2 MHW x GLR
(Not yet reported) L2 MHW x TIA-4

Apart from the pathing bug on pic 2, I consider all other intersections rare and I postpone them for future versions.
