Symphony missing pieces #78

Without the extra interchanges for the MHWs installed, this is what happens with some of their Symphony counterparts:

This is due to missing exemplars.

Inserted missing exemplars, path files and EffDirs in a_Base_Overrides.dat. Should do the trick, but it's not tested yet.
