Preloader #33

I would like to get rid of the preloader.

At least to me, it feels like the page actually loads faster without the preloader. Or at least the preloader makes it very obvious to me, that I am waiting while it is shown.

There are pros and cons for preloaders. We can ditch it, if you like. Without one, we then need a clean page loading without elements "jumping".
