The main one being that you add 10 degrees to the default bed temperature. So for a 60 degree PLA bed, your printer definition changes it to 70 degrees which is too hot!
Likewise you add 5 degrees to any nozzle temperature that is set in Cura. I see know reason for this and the printer settings you have in Cura are different to the ones in your Prusa config, even though it's the same printer.
