Cura Profiles Neptune 3 Plus #9

Hello Naruto, I keep seeing that there is a recommendation to use an Ender 3 printer from the author Trouch as a template in Cura for the Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus, because here the standard print profiles are much better in quality than the originals from Elegoo.

What is your opinion on this? How well are the standard profiles tailored to the Neptune 3 Plus?

Is it possible to set in Cura that you can select the nozzle size?

I prefer Prusaslicer 2.6 myself (I find that and other settings easier to adjust/find).
