Direct drive gear loose - causing loud cracking sound during retraction #31

Hi,

recently my N3 Pro started to make a loud cracking soud. I initially tought that the gears were slipping on the filament, andthat was causing the sound, but I am using the same slicer settings as before, and there used to be no slipping. Also during the print I watched it, and it does the retraction without slipping.

I decided to take off the print head to take a closer look. I am pretty sure that the driven direct drive gear came looser, and that is what causing the sound. I could generate the sound while rotating the black cog on the top of the print head, so that is another proof that it is coming from the loose gear.

My question: how can I take apart the head in order to fasten the gear back? I don't want to destroy anything by accident, so that is why I'm asking rather than going for it withut knowing which screw should I start with.

I attached a video of the problem.
