Use screen with Octoprint #34

Hello,

Would it be possible to make the screen active when printing from Octoprint? Now its just idle even when printing.

@NARUTOfzr Please add support for M75, M76 and M77 commands

@NARUTOfzr Looks like you have added support for those commands in 1.2.5.1b because right now when printing from OctoPrint the screen is switching to "Printing UI", but the progress bar is always at 0%. I even try to emit "M73 progress" command, but looks like firmware does not support it.

You have to add custom GCODE commands in Octoprint. Something like this:
