Impossible to stream any sort of G-Code to any Neptune printer. #63

I have an N3Max and the bonkers baudrate limit of 115200 is unusable to say the least. Octoprint is stuttering with both Meatpack and Arcwelder. These printers with this powerful hardware I hoped will handle 500k baud let alone 250000. Please fix this firmware design issue in the next firmware revision, changing buffer isn't really a proper solution by an STM32 powered printer..

Thank you for the effort and patience you put in into this project, besides this major baud issue i dont see any problems except minor ones, z-offset reporting in beta etc.

Resolved. Had to make octoprint light as possible.
