Merge config files between AIT-Core and AIT-DSN #85

There have been recent independent configuration changes in the AIT-Core and AIT-DSN repos which have caused a divergence in the config files between the two repos. The config files in both repos should be updated to incorporate the latest changes in each.

This should be addressed after merging the configuration changes with #64
