We've received feedback that the sequence file browser could be improved. It can be challenging to find the right sequences in the sequence editor.

Plays into a larger question about how we manage input / output files.

Seems like the most straightforward way to address this would be to add a Created by column that has our standard filter options. This would meet the need of allowing someone to quickly see what they had created. If we had control over the filter options, we could also suggest the current logged in username at the top of the list.

Another nice to have would be to have the default sort behavior have the current user at the top. Not sure how feasible that is. Fallback to filter to the user's sequences (if they exist).

Two directions here: I think in the short term we could add whichever one is easier / quicker.
