I did some testing and it seemed to work fine, but the table needs some more testing with modifying saved states.

@cohansen I am running into a gql error message on parce edit

Error: field 'id' not found in type: 'parcel_to_parameter_dictionary' at reqHasura (requests.ts:159:11) at async Object.createParcelToParameterDictionaries (effects.ts:877:20) at async saveParcelToParameterDictionaries (ParcelForm.svelte:269:54)
