Sequence Editor changes

Closes #1279 #1278

• Modify button placement ( they are pretty ugly)
• SeqJSON editor is collapsable now
• Prevent the user from shrinking the panel too small

@duranb BTW I add some comments that I need you to fix the CSS styling cause I can't vertically align the icons with the text.
