Restoring snapshot clears the loaded view url param #1359

Describe the bug

See repro

Reproduction

  1. Load a plan
  2. Save/load a view
  3. Make a snapshot
  4. Restore the snapshot
  5. Note that the view doesn't change but the view id is cleared from the url
  6. Refresh the page and note that the default view is loaded
