Changes:

Implemented agent management modal
Redesigned all parameter type components
Improved user workflow for submitting commands to agent
Updated build page to utilize newly designed parameter components
Added API endpoint to retrieve transcoder log record by id

Testing Suggestions:

Thoroughly test the agent management modal
Thoroughly test the build page
Confirm backend receives the correct commands
